CIP(SIP) Clean system

CIP(SIP) Clean system

Since the 1980s, the cleaning of equipment has been replaced by machinery. Especially for dairy products, beverages, and other factories that use pipeline based continuous operations. In many dairy factories, automatic on-site cleaning is used, that is, the water and detergent used for flushing are circulated in closed circuits in the equipment pipelines and production lines, without the need to disassemble the equipment. This technology is called in place cleaning (CIP), also known as cleaning positioning or cleaning in place. CIP is widely used in food and beverage production enterprises with a high degree of mechanization, such as beverages, dairy products, fruit juices, jams, and alcoholic beverages. On site cleaning does not require dismantling or moving the device. The internal surface of the equipment is rinsed with high-speed liquid flow using detergent and washing water, forming a mechanical action that washes away the dirt. This cleaning method is effective for pipelines, pumps, heat exchangers, separators, and valves. It can be used for cleaning and purifying production equipment with strict hygiene requirements.

Functional characteristics

The CIP cleaning system can ensure a certain cleaning effect and improve product safety; Save operating time and improve efficiency; Save labor and ensure operational safety; Save energy, such as water and steam, and reduce detergent usage; The production equipment can achieve a large-scale and high automation level; Extend the service life of production equipment. The mechanism of CIP cleaning is that Chemical energy is mainly produced by the chemical reagent added to it, which is the main factor determining the cleaning effect.

Our engineers use an integrated CIP cleaning system in our design, which has the following advantages:

*The CIP in place cleaning system has low economic operating costs, compact structure, small footprint, convenient installation and maintenance, and can effectively clean production equipment such as cylinder containers and pipelines on site. The entire cleaning process runs in closed production equipment, cylinder containers, and pipelines, greatly reducing the chances of secondary pollution.

*The CIP in place cleaning system can be divided into one to four channels according to production needs. Especially for routes 2 and above, it can clean the same or more areas in different zones simultaneously, and can also clean while producing during the production process. This greatly reduces the CIP cleaning time during production.
