Margarine Pilot Plant (100-200kg/hr)
The Margarine Pilot Plant is a small-scale, fully integrated processing facility designed for research, product development, and process optimization in margarine and shortening production. It simulates industrial operations on a reduced scale, allowing testing of recipes, emulsification methods, crystallization processes, and packaging solutions before large-scale implementation.
Equipped with key units such as oil blending systems, emulsifiers, votator/crystallizer units, pin workers, resting tubes, and automated filling/packaging lines, the pilot plant ensures precise control over temperature, pressure, and shear forces. This enables manufacturers to evaluate texture, spreadability, flavor, and shelf-life under realistic production conditions.
Its modular design and flexibility make it ideal for R&D trials, quality improvement, training, and customer demonstrations, bridging the gap between laboratory research and full-scale commercial production.
