The plate heater and cooler shall be a combined type plate heat exchangers of suitable gasket materials and SS316L plates. The heating and cooling are controlled by PID loops with regulation valves. Flow divert valve to regulate flow either forward to the chiller or back to the production tanks.

Sufficient length of retention pipe will be provided to meet the local holding time requirements. All instrumentations, valves and one sanitary centrifugal pump are included, with the exception of cooling tower water. All wetted materials are of SS316L and 50mm dia pipe
