The cooling system consists of a liquid refrigerant level controller (Parker’s or Danfoss LMC liquid controller)

a evaporator pressure regulating valves (Parkers or Danfoss refrigerant valve series), a surge drum, electronic instrumentation, hot gas by-passing if required, freeze protection, a safety relieve valve and PID loop temperature control with I/P convertor for automation. The system will be designed for cooling and liquid refrigerant will be supplied by the customer’s power plant with adequate suction for return.

Each scraped heat exchanger (SSHE) uses a separate cooling control system. So that the temperature difference of each scraped heat exchanger is controlled to no more than ±1 ℃
