The Resting Tube (B Unit) is a multi‑section jacketed cylinder system
engineered to deliver the precise retention time required for optimal crystal
growth in margarine and puff‑pastry fats. Internal orifice plates work the
product as it flows, refining crystal structure and ensuring the desired
plasticity and texture.
A transition outlet accommodates a customer‑specific extruder, adjustable for
sheet or block thickness. The stainless‑steel design offers high pressure
endurance, excellent sealing, and tool‑less disassembly for quick cleaning.
An advanced PID‑controlled hot‑water jacket maintains stable temperatures
throughout the process, earning consistent positive feedback from pastry and
margarine producers worldwide.
