Emulsion stainless steel tanks complete with dimpled hot water jacket and insulation with stainless steel cladding, high shear

mixers & drives, all nozzles and automatic valves, instrumentations, one centrifugal sanitary pump, sanitary pipes and fittings

welded to be shipped as a complete module. All pipes, valves, and fittings are made of SS316L and have a diameter of 50mm.

Dual mixing agitators design in each emulsification tank:

*0-80 rpm 4kw agitator (with inverters), Gear Motor brand: “SEW, ABB or Guomao”

*1450(2950)rpm China make 30kw high speed sheering homogenizer (without Inverters)

*Material Inlet and outlet: Inlet 5 nozzles and outlet 1 nozzle 2″ flange or union

*Insulation material: Polyurethane, thickness:35mm

*With a temperature sensor PT100 connection, a flow guide plate on the inner contact material wall of the tank, andan  anti-swirl device

*With a water Jacket for hot water heating (hot water supplied: client scope)

*Head design installed with CIP ball and manhole
