The oil phase tank and aqueous phase tank are completed with a dimpled hot water jacket, insulation with stainless steel cladding, high-shear mixers & drives, all nozzles and automatic valves, instrumentation, one centrifugal sanitary pump, sanitary pipes and fittings, and are welded to be shipped as a complete module. All pipes, valves, and fittings are made of SS316L for corrosion resistance to salt and have a diameter of 50mm.
