The Pin Worker Unit (C Unit) consists of a horizontally mounted, jacketed stainless-steel cylinder on an open frame. Inside, fixed static pins intermesh with rotating pins on a concentric shaft, ensuring thorough mechanical working of the product to adjust its crystal structure.
The unit is driven by a 5.5 kW geared motor with variable speed control (VFD) and includes hot water jacket heating for consistent thermal management. All product contact components are food-grade stainless steel (316) with easy-to-clean, dry-honed finishes.
